Business consulting focused on helping small business with design, operations, organization, structure, strategy, and growth planning.

After years working through different roles and picking up the knowledge and skills to go with them, I branched out to do consulting work. As a team, I worked with two others helping smaller companies recognize not only their weakness, but also their potential and opportutnity for success.

 

Fastforward 5 years and I am branching out to take my show to smaller and more unique companies with a goal of getting to the heart of small business and giving all that I can back into the community.

 

I see a lot of those around me that are wildly successful at so much of what they do, but struggle with some of the tasks that they either haven't been taught, don't understand, or frankly just don't want to take on. I hope to bridge that gap where possible with solutions to take your companies to the next level or even just to help you feel more comfortable with "other" tasks that needs to get done.
